Welcome to Hacienda Tres Palmas, named for the three towering palm trees at the entry to this Spanish Revival retreat, with four spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms and a wood burning stove in the cozy timber and Saltillo tile living room. This home is centrally located just south of downtown Atascadero, just 15 minutes drive to San Luis Obispo, 30 minutes to the beach and just minutes from hundreds of wineries plus easy one minute access onto Highway 101, but it feels like a hidden sanctuary.

As you ascend the steps up from the parking area in front, you will walk under the three grand palm trees for which the property is named, to the saltillo tile front porch. This home features two primary suites and two more guest bedrooms, perfect for two families or multiple couples. The Spanish Suite is on the southwest side of the home, featuring a queen size bed, access to a private deck and a full bath with tub/shower combo. The Hawaiian Suite, on the northwest corner of the home, features a Cal King bed, a TV, a full bath with walk in shower and a desk with an office chair, perfect for those who need to work while on vacation. At the rear wing of this spacious home, you will find the Noir guest bedroom, with a queen size bed, and the Ocean guest bedroom, with a double (full) bed. These guest bedrooms share two half baths, just off the kitchen and in the hall. One bathroom has a sink and shower and one bathroom has a sink and toilet, which provides privacy and better ease of use by multiple people.
The kitchen has an eat in dining table, with an electric stove top on the kitchen peninsula, seperate oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker (plus a 12-drip standard coffee maker) and large french door refrigerator.
Just off the kitchen is the Pub room, with a foosball table, a large mounted flat screen TV (great for the game!) and a tabletop football game on the pub table. The cozy and classic living room is huge, with leather couches and chairs, a large TV, a wood burning stove and a bluetooth music player. Feel free to pick up the guitar and strum a tune to impress your friends! There are so many comfortable places to gather for every member of your family and group of friends. In the true Spanish hacienda architectural style, all the rooms wrap around a central courtyard patio in the private back yard, with a timber overhang for cool shade, brick and tile patio, and cafe string lighting, plus outdoor dining ,a BBQ, cornhole set and a firepit with adirondack chairs, for relaxing under the stars with a glass of local wine and roasting marshmallows.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
