A couple of points to make: the house sits on a cliffside and has a nice, firm deck. Some parts of the house, however, felt old and creaked a lot. Because of the age of the structure, there is a permanent, subtle smell to the place. The shower heads spray water everywhere but forward, causing a mess. Because of the location, there are a lot of leaves and spiders that end up in the house. Thankfully, a broom is available.
