Construction will take place in the front of the home approximately April 20 through July 10. A photo in the listing highlights the area where work will be occurring. During this time, the construction area will be safely fenced, and access to the property will be via the back gate. While there may be noticeable daytime construction noise, work is scheduled primarily Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with very limited activity on some weekends. Guests will continue to enjoy full access to the BBQ and fire pit area, so you’ll still have plenty of space to relax and unwind outdoors. Once construction is complete, all future stays will enjoy access to our beautiful new pool, and we can’t wait to share this exciting new amenity. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding as we make this upgrade—we know it will be worth it! ⚠️ Please Note: Due to the remote location of this property and the private one-way dirt road with a narrow single-lane bridge, no oversized vehicles are permitted.
