Sidewalks on all the streets, friendly neighbors and not a lot of traffic. A short block away are cattle farms and a dirt road you can walk also if you're so inclined: great sunset views from there! The property manager Sarah is a true gem: so responsive, helpful and friendly. She makes sure everything is in order and is always available to answer questions if needed. This home would be great for a family event, friends get-together or a long-term stay. I highly recommend and would stay there again anytime."
