Downtown.....In the heart of Historical Old Town San Luis Obispo, you are a five minute walk to everything, yet have the peace and quiet of a grand home in a charming neighborhood with easy parking..the luscious and oh so comfortable king and queen beds have been rated "the Best!

You will love the high ceilings that make the 1800 square foot home feel even grander...with 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bath it's perfect for 2 families or 5 adults visiting SLO for family reunions, extended families of wedding parties, ......great girls get-a way, wine tasting weekends, guys getaways, (Plenty of large beds).....(please note: not suitable for batchelor/batchelorette parties, events or parties of any kind, a strict noise ordinance enforced after 10 pm.
The 5th bedroom/Zen Den, is a very comfortable twin daybed w pull out trundle and large screen tv.. Great media , single adult or children’s room.

A washer/dryer is available for longer stays.
note: Laundry facilities located off back deck and shared with tenant in Carriage House

A combo lockbox is installed on front door and back doors,and you will have your private combo in your welcome message. I will be available to answer any questions by phone, or will personally greet you upon arrival.

So many wonderful restaurants within 4 blocks!!! Sally Loos, Big Sky, Luisa's, and that's only breakfast...of course, my favorite coffee shop...Scout, just down the street on Garden...have a scout cookie..... favorite restaurants for dinner...Nates, Flour House, Giuseppes, Cafe Roma (Tues pm 1/2 off on all bottles of wine) great for tasting higher end local favorites! Madonna Inn (a must for breakfast)…,afternoon coffee and dessert… or after dinner cocktail and dancing

If you decide to arrive via Amtrak, you need only grab your rollaway and walk 4 short blocks.

.Regarding Covid-19...my cleaning standards are compliant to Air BNB standards in sanitization, laundering, supplying guests with plenty of sanitization products...

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
