Located in Geneseo area of Paso Robles, this home is just minutes from downtown Paso Robles but feels like a rural retreat. Enjoy three full bathrooms, a large upper deck, a hot tub, outdoor dining and BBQ, a wine fridge, a pool table plus ping pong in the game room/ converted garage, and an EV Charger.

This is a new construction home with spacious guest bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a very large primary suite with sitting area and private deck/entrance, and an upstairs living room with deck.

The entire house and property is for guest use. No parking offsite or driving/parking on the neighbors driveway, adjacent to the home to the north.

Located in the rural community of Ground Squirrel Hollow, homes are on large parcels, many with horses and other livestock. Wildlife is common, including deer, turkeys, pigs and many types of birds. Strict 20 MPG speed limit throughout the neighborhood to keep children, pets and wildlife safe.

Have a car is essential as this property is located about 10 minutes drive from town. Some Ubers or Lyfts will come out here though as will limos or wine tasting tour vans. Located just a few minutes off Hwy 46E at Geneseo Road. Many walking trails and quiet country roads allow for ample recreation on foot or on a bike. Parking for five or six cars in the driveway, no street parking.

This home is in a rural setting, and operates on propane and a well. Please use utilities conservatively, never put anything but small amounts of toilet paper in the toilets, turn off heat or A/C when leaving or not needed, and conserve water. Voices carry on this hilltop country location, please respect our neighbors by bringing your group inside by 10pm. No cable TV, steaming services only, using your personal log in . Gardener/Spa Maintenance person comes on Tuesday. He does not enter the home but you might see him in the yard.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
