This darling, fully remodeled cottage is centrally located near 20+ wineries & the world famous Tin City is only three miles away! Located in a quiet, rural neighborhood with large parcel estates, vineyards and walking trails, it's just minutes from Trader Joes, two coffee shops, Pier 46 seafood restaurant and Hwy 101 but the nights are all silence and stars! Enjoy your private yard with a fire pit table, cornhole, BBQ and outdoor seating areas.

The cottage is sparkling clean, with all the touches of home, including a bottle of wine, coffee, toiletries and luxurious linens and towels. The primary bedroom, off of the living room, features a king bed, and the guest bedroom, off the kitchen, features a queen bed, with a "jack n jill" bathroom between, featuring a gorgeous walk in shower and dual sink vanity. A washer/dryer is also in the unit for exclusive guest use, plus a full kitchen and outdoor BBQ for home cooked meals.

Guests have access to the entire cottage and private back and side yard of the cottage. No garage access or access to the main house or main house yard. Max two cars parked tandem, no blocking the back gate or parking on the driveway or DG on west side of cottage. You may park in front of the garage.

Owners live in the front house on the property. First contact our co-host, Sarah, via the booking app, with any issues or questions, but we are here in case of emergency.

A quiet, rural neighborhood just minutes from town and Hwy 101, with vineyards, estate homes on large parcels and walking trails. Just minutes from Trader Joes, two coffee shops, Pier 46 seafood restaurant and J&R Meats butcher shop.

Have a car is best, but Uber and Lyft are available in our area. No street parking. On site parking limited to two passenger cars. No oversized vehicles, RVs or trailers/boats.

Owners and their family live onsite with their two dogs. Dogs are people friendly but not dog friendly. We do not allow pets and while we will comply with State and Federal ADA law regarding service animals and ESA's, we have a limit one service animal per stay and strongly recommend not booking if you have a service animal or ESA.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
