Locally Owned, Personally Run
A mom of two, Sarah is deeply rooted in Templeton and SLO County where she was born and raised. She's active in the local community and draws constant inspiration from her travels, bringing fresh ideas back to every property and guest experience. With an MBA from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and over ten years in local hospitality, she built Templeton Vacation Rentals around the things she values most: family, connection, and a genuine love for wine country.
Born and raised in Southern California, Kate has called SLO County home for the past 20 years. A mom of two (and two dogs), she knows what it takes to run a vacation rental firsthand. She managed her own rental property in Templeton before joining the team, so she understands the owner side of the business inside and out. With years of administrative experience behind her, she now oversees daily operations and serves as the main point of contact for both guests and homeowners, keeping everything organized and everyone taken care of.
Born and raised in Southern California, Trish spent years as a firefighter before finding her way to vacation rentals. That background gave her a natural instinct for helping others and an eye for detail that carries into everything she does. She has a passion for interior design and brings that same care to keeping every home in top shape. Trish manages all property maintenance, coordinates repairs, and makes sure each home is guest-ready. She also personally inspects several properties in our portfolio.
A mom of three who has called the Central Coast home for over 40 years, Yvonne knows this area like the back of her hand. When she's not out on a long walk or enjoying live music, she's inspecting each property before every guest arrival, checking everything from fresh linens to tidy landscaping to make sure your stay feels just right.
