The house is exactly as described and our family enjoyed our stay. Plenty of towels available and added convenience of using the on site washing machine/dryer. We used the BBQ and fire pit with the provided propane tanks. Open stone steps (approx 5 or 6 steps) from the entryway level to the living level of the house could be problematic for toddlers learning to walk/do stairs, as space is too wide for a gate, would have to improvise. Otherwise would highly recommend to any family or group!
OMG the view was amazing
This home is soooo relaxing! Beautiful, private, peaceful surrounded by amazing nature and a chance to see animals up close (deer, turkey, quail, rabbits, many birds, etc.). They were very accommodating and very responsive. Beautiful, well equipped kitchen! I had the chance to make waffles from scratch with my 9 year old nephew... a tradition I know my mom & grandmothers in heaven were looking down and smiling. The black out curtains provided restful sleep. A delicious coffee and bottle of local wine made us feel welcome! There are many fun places to gather inside and outside. We are feeling very grateful!!

The Hive was a great retreat spot for our team's offsite. We bbq'd and had dinner outside on the lovely deck where the view looked like a post-card. Truly beautiful surroundings, close to wine tasting, and a large clean house to host us all. Thanks for the easy instructions both on the way in and out!
We have been coming to Paso for years. This was absolutely the best house we've stayed in. It has everything. Beautiful pool (great for kids), pickleball court, great outdoor BBQ area and fire pit. The home is ultramodern and felt new. Secluded and therefore very private. And best of all it is very close to town so no long drives to and from city center. We will definitely be back!

Deer walking across the property at least once a day. lovely firepit area.<br/>Not quite as easy to get to the beach as you might think, as there is a steep hill on the other side of the 1 so its a mile or so away for coastal access. <br/>Vety cute little town, and very cool things to do up and down the coast (the boardwalk at moonstone beach, morro bay, hearst castle, ragged point, elephant seal viewing etc)
Had an incredible stay. House was beautiful with a rustic style. Everything was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful and friendly. At night we could see the stars from the back yard, it was beautiful. Our host was wonderful and extremely helpful. If we're ever in the area, we would book again. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
