Sleep: The home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with four beautifully appointed bedrooms, including a primary suite with a luxurious California king bed and a spa-style ensuite with a deep soaking jetted tub. Additional bedrooms include two California king beds and a versatile family suite with twin over twin trundle beds and a full-size crib, plus a den bedroom with a queen-sized floor mattress.
Gather & Relax: Step into the great room, a gracious space anchored by two fireplaces, plush seating, and large windows framing sweeping hillside views. Rich hardwood floors, thoughtful décor, and an abundance of natural light create a warm and inviting environment for socializing or quiet evenings.
Equipped Kitchen: The heart of the home is a chef’s kitchen featuring a substantial stainless-steel prep island with integrated pasta sink and bar seating, double ovens, a professional gas range, wine fridge and ample workspace — ideal for preparing group meals, family dinners, or casual bites after a day of wine tasting.

🔑 Important Guest Info
Rental Contract: A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit authorization of $500 must be completed before arrival.
Quiet Hours: This home is in a rural hillside setting; please observe local quiet hours in the evenings.
Pool Heating: May through September, the pool is heated for free with a solar system. The water temperature is usually in the 80s, but it can’t be guaranteed. You have the option to pay an additional fee for summer heating in case you visit during a cold spell, or you prefer the water warmer for $250 for stays of 3 days or less, and $60 more for each additional day of your stay, heated to 85 degrees. October through April, the pool can be heated to 85 degrees for an additional fee of $390 for stays of 3 days or less and $90 more for each additional day over three. We need 24 hours notice for gas heating, and it must be for the duration of your stay.
Property Note: This home has exterior security cameras recording both audio and video 24/7 for your safety and that of the property when vacant. Tampering with security cameras is a violation of house rules and could result in immediate eviction without refund. NO PETS/ANIMALS - the homeowners have severe allergies; any animals brought onto the property without permission will incur a $1000 fine and may be evicted without refund.
Cancellation Fee: We understand that plans can change. TVR is committed to offering a flexible cancellation policy whenever possible; however, all cancellations will incur a $75 cancellation processing fee. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to help protect their vacation investment in the event of unexpected changes.
