Guest Access
Guests have full access to the home and the 2-acre property. Please note the garage is reserved for owner storage. There is ample parking available on-site for multiple vehicles.

Rental Contract: A signed rental agreement is mandatory and must be completed within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
Security Deposit: A $500 security deposit is required per stay as a standard hold for incidentals.
Quiet Hours: Starts at 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise to ensure a restful environment for all residents and neighbours.
Cancellation Fee: We understand that plans can change. TVR is committed to offering a flexible cancellation policy whenever possible; however, all cancellations will incur a $75 cancellation processing fee. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to help protect their vacation investment in the event of unexpected changes.
