It offers a spacious layout with direct access to a recently renovated en-suite bathroom, Mid Century Blue, which includes spa-inspired features such as a walk-in shower, sleek vanity, and a serene ambiance designed for relaxation.

The Jetsetter’s Nest is a guest room and comes with a queen-size bed and shares the Mod Collective bathroom with The Horizon Room (Guest Bedroom 2). This room is comfortable and cozy, providing easy access to the shared bath—ideal for families or groups traveling together.

The Horizon Room is a quest room offers a king-size bed and shares the Mod Collective bathroom with The Jetsetter’s Nest. It is bright, spacious, and perfect for couples or solo guests seeking a restful night’s sleep.

The Mod Collective bathroom, shared between The Jetsetter’s Nest and The Horizon Room, features an updated vanity and a shower/tub combo designed to offer convenience and comfort.

Additionally, the Green with Envy upstairs full bathroom has been completely renovated with a stunning walk-in shower. Take a refreshing shower in our “Green with Envy” space, designed to let you feel at one with the outdoors. The design perfectly complements the home's mid-century modern vibe and is conveniently located near the main living area for guest use.

For a touch of playful charm, the home features a cozy Tiki Sun Room—a guest favorite where you can start your morning with a cup of coffee or unwind with a good book in the afternoon sun. Every detail of the home is designed to balance modern comfort with the peaceful pace of hillside living.
