Sleep: Forest & Vine comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across three well-appointed bedrooms:
• Primary Suite: King bed with TV and en-suite bath featuring a walk-in shower; direct access to the backyard hot tub.
• Guest Bedroom #1: King bed, TV, plus two twin floor mattresses for flexible sleeping arrangements.
• Guest Bedroom #2: Two queen beds, ideal for kids or larger groups.
Maximum occupancy for the property is 8 guests.

Gather & Relax: The living room features a dramatic floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and a large, comfortable sofa—perfect for movie nights, conversation, or relaxing by the fire. A separate dining area seats eight and flows seamlessly into the kitchen, creating an easy space for gathering and shared meals. A high chair and Pack ’n Play are also available for little ones.

Equipped Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, warm wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances (including a gas range), and a breakfast bar—ideal for everything from casual mornings to group dinners.

Indoor Comfort: Enjoy central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV for year-round comfort. A washer and dryer are also available, making longer stays easy and convenient.

🔑 Important Guest Info
Rental Contract: A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
Security Deposit: A refundable $500 security deposit is required per stay to cover incidentals.
Shared Property: Owners live on-site in a separate residence, and there is another detached rental unit on the property.
Pets: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval. $100 per pet (non-refundable, per week or portion of a week). Please provide your dog’s name, breed, and weight at booking. Dogs must not be left unattended outdoors and should be respectful of furniture and space.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; please move all activity indoors after this time.
Property Note: Garage is shared with cleaners for the tiny home (accessed from the outside only; feel free to lock the interior door for privacy).
Cancellation Fee: All cancellations are subject to a $75 processing fee. Travel insurance is recommended to protect your stay.
