This two-bedroom, two-bath single level home is located just two blocks from the beach and one block from the downtown core, with many bakeries, coffee shops, boutiques, antique stores and restaurants. This home features a living room/dining room with a fireplace and a piano, plus tons of books and art to peruse, with a newly remodeled kitchen just off the dining room and outdoor patio. A separate office with desk and office chair is just off the kitchen, plus fast wifi, perfect for those who might need to work while on vacation. Just off the living room, you will find a separate den with a TV and slider door to the patio. Just down the hall, there is one bedroom with a queen bed and a desk/work station. There is a bathroom in this hall, with a step down shower/tub. Just past this, you will find a the primary bedroom with a queen bed and an en suite full bathroom. You will love the hot tub on the enclosed private patio and the outdoor shower (perfect for the return from sandy beach adventures or surfing sessions).
Note: there are security cameras on the property that are recording video and audio 24/7. They are located in the front of the house, facing the driveway; at the front door and on the back patio.
