This three-bedroom, three-bath single level* home is located just two blocks from the beach and one block from the downtown core, with many bakeries, coffee shops, boutiques, antique stores and restaurants. This home is available for the month of August 2023 (Aug 6-Sep 4) while the owner travels in Europe. This home features a living room/dining room with a fireplace and a piano, plus tons of books and art to peruse, with a newly remodeled kitchen just off the dining room and outdoor patio. A separate office with desk and office chair is just off the kitchen, plus fast wifi, perfect for those who might need to work while on vacation. Just off the living room, you will find a separate den with a TV and slider door to the patio. Just down the hall, there is one bedroom with a queen bed and a desk/work station. There is a bathroom in this hall, with a step down shower/tub. Just past this, you will find a second guest bedroom with a queen bed and an en suite full bathroom. Just past the piano, you will enter the primary suite, with a queen bed, full bathroom with deep soaking tub and separate walk in shower, slider door to the grassy yard, and a staircase to the second floor round reading room, with an ocean view. We provide a floor mat if a couple small children or an adult wanted to sleep up in this cozy spot. You will love the hot tub on the enclosed private patio and the outdoor shower (perfect for the return from sandy beach adventures or surfing sessions).

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
